House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay, please make yourself familiar with the house rules. Failure to comply with house rules may result
in a cancellation of a reservation and a full-cost billing regardless of earlier departure.
When arriving at the accomodation the guests will hand over/show personal documents for registration.
Persons who are not guests of the rented accomodation are not allowed arrival, overnight stay, or stay, without the permission
of the host.
The guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuable possessions left in the house, and the host is not
responsible for the disappearance of the same.
The host will not enter the house during the guest’s stay, unless he is forced to suspect possible harm, or danger.
The host is at the guest’s service during their stay for any information or assistance they need.
Pets are allowed, but not on the top floors of the house, or sitting furniture; only on the ground floor or in the yard.
When leaving the house, no matter for how long, the guests must turn off all electrical appliances, close the windows, close
the taps and lock the door.
The guests are not allowed to move furniture, or take house belongings such as towels, sheets, blankets, etc., from the
house.
The accomodation is available from 3 P.M. on the day of arrival to 10 A.M. on the day of departure.
The guest who causes some sort of damage, deliberately or by accident, will have to pay costs for the damages made.
Responsible behaviour and handling are advised. On the day of departure the guest is obliged to invite the host to inspect the
house with the guest’s presence to make sure no damages were done. All possible damages are to be reimburesd for. All non-
reported damages wil be charged additionaly.
The house should be left in the state it was found; clean, tidy and undamaged. The host is responsible for thorough cleaning.
Noise is to be kept at normal level, the guests should respect the night rest between the hours 10 P.M. and 8 A.M.
In the event of earlier cancellation of a reservation by the host due to a violation of the house rules, the guest will be
charged full amount; the same applies in the event if the guest decides to leave earlier than arranged.
Responsible behaviour is asked during playing or games from adults and children so no one culd get harmed.
Please do not enter top floors while wet so as not to damage wooden floors.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
When using the grill do not leave it unattended, and make sure that you have properly exstinguished the fire.
All complaints are taken into account during the stay, the complaints after the stay will not be taken into account.
Your opinion is important to us; therefore, we ask you to write remarks, compliments, suggestions into our book of
impressions.
At the beginning of your stay, you accept our house rules, and rules of conduct.
